Personal Data Consent

Consent to the processing of personal data of website users

(also referred to below as the “Consent”)

By providing any information classified as personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter “personal data”) through any form on productbank.ru (hereinafter the “Website” or “Website forms”), owned by Cloud Content LLC (ООО “Облачный контент”, taxpayer identification number 7705553286, primary state registration number 1147746145854, hereinafter the “Website Administration” or “Controller”), you accede to this Consent and agree to all its terms, without exception, and to the terms of the Privacy Policy for the processing of website users’ personal data, thereby becoming a Website User (hereinafter also the “User”).

The User, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation:

Confirms that they are entitled to provide personal data on the Website because the data belongs to the User or because the User has obtained consent from the data subject whose personal data they provide. The User confirms that the personal data they provide is accurate, undistorted and not false.
Confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read this Consent and the terms for processing the personal data they provide on the Website in full, understand them and agree to them.
Consents to the Website Administration processing the personal data provided as part of the information submitted for the purpose of receiving services supplied by Cloud Content LLC under its service agreements, specifically for the following purposes:

Identifying a User registered on the Website to place an order and/or enter into a service agreement remotely.
Providing access to the restricted part of the Website.
Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications and requests relating to use of the Website, provision of services, and handling the User’s enquiries and applications.
Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
Creating an account for use of the Website.
Providing effective customer and technical support for issues related to use of the Website.
Promoting services provided by the Controller.
Providing access to the Controller’s partners’ websites or services to obtain products, updates and services.
Improving the quality and usability of the Website and developing new products.
Conducting statistical and other research using anonymised data.
Exercising the rights and legitimate interests of the Controller and/or third parties.
Achieving objectives of public interest, including ensuring the accuracy of information posted on the Website by Users and making it possible to identify Users who post such information.
Carrying out advertising activities with the User’s consent.

Freely, of their own will, in their own interest and for the purposes set out above, consents to granting the Website Administration the right to perform the following personal data processing operations: collection; recording; organisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (dissemination, provision, access); anonymisation; blocking; deletion; and destruction.
Freely, of their own will, in their own interest and for the purposes set out above, consents to the Website Administration processing the following personal data provided on the Website:

An individual’s surname, first name and patronymic, a legal entity’s name, email address and contact telephone number;
The source of the visit to the Website and information about the search or advertising query;
User device information, including resolution, version and other attributes characterising the device;
User clicks, page views, completion of form fields, banner impressions and views, and video views;
Session parameters;
Visit timing information;
Information stored in cookies and the IP address.

The User agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations or restrictions.

The User confirms that the processing of personal data covered by this Consent is not excessive in relation to the stated purpose.

The User’s consent to personal data processing is specific, informed and conscious.

Once the User clicks “Submit” on a form containing personal data, this Consent is deemed to have been given in simple written form (acceptance).

This Consent is effective from the time the personal data is provided until the Website ceases to operate or the Consent is withdrawn. The User may withdraw Consent personally or through an authorised representative by sending the Website Administration a corresponding request (or a scanned copy) in simple written form, containing the information specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, through any of the following channels:

Email: box@productbank.ru;
The User’s personal account; and/or
Postal address: 125315, Russia, Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 74A, addressed to Cloud Content LLC (ООО “Облачный контент”).

Withdrawal of Consent entails deletion of the account on productbank.ru, which may make it impossible to use Cloud Content LLC’s online services.

This Consent and the legal relationship between the User and the Website Administration arising from its application are governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

If any provision of this Consent conflicts with applicable legislation, this Consent remains effective to the extent that it complies with that legislation.

If this Consent is withdrawn, Cloud Content LLC may continue processing the User’s personal data in the cases and according to the procedure provided for by the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.
